A reputation for great customer service

Fantastic customer service, called 1st Choice Windscreens & Towbars and spoke to Ian - requesting to remove a towbar hook (lost keys). I attempted to remove it myself several times but failed. I was asked to come to the workshop the next day. Arrived at 11:00am, prompt service, towbar hook removed in 15-20 mins, very efficient and friendly staff, didn’t charge me for this removal.
